Quick-release buckle
A quick-release buckle separates into two sections. Buckle size and the way it passes through belt loops can vary by model, so this is a better gift when the recipient has already asked for that mechanism.

4. Get the fit without relying on a pants label

- Lay the belt flat without stretching it.

6. Keep trim-to-fit gifts reversible
